Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a positive environment.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the pet industry is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a love for dogs are essential!
